Automated releases can fail for a variety of reasons, such as transient network issues, problems with your hosting provider, invalid release settings and so on.
When a release fails it's handy to be able to retry the release.
With Linc, it's possible retry a failed release in two ways:
2. Release Configuration Change
Release Retry Button
When a release fails, Linc displays a Retry button under the Active Releases section of your Site Overview:

In the above picture, we have a release that has failed to deploy:

Let's fix this by locating and clicking the blue Retry button to the right of the Rollback button:

Clicking the Retry button will trigger a re-deployment of the latest bundle on your release branch to your hosting infrastructure:

If the release previously failed due to, for example, a transient network issue then with any luck the deployment should succeed after a retry:

If problems persist then this could be symptomatic of an invalid release configuration.
Release Configuration Change
Release failures can occur due to an invalid release configuration. To correct this, jump into the release settings for your site:
Site > Settings > Deploy

Here, you can check if your provided credentials, such as any provided account IDs and API tokens are valid.
Once you've made a change, click the Save and Deploy button:

Clicking this button will update your release configuration and trigger a re-deployment of the latest bundle on your release branch.
